History
The Old Spaghetti Factory is a family owned and operated Restaurant, founded in Portland, Oregon in 1969, by Guss and Sally Dussin. We have 42 locations nationwide, serving more than 8 million customers annually. It started as a simple restaurant concept driven by a value philosophy, and today it continues to be a labor of love. Our Mission: We offer an exceptional value in a unique setting, where our guests enjoy dining and our team members enjoy working! The complete Meal since 1969: All entrees include hot fresh baked bread, soup or salad, and ice cream for dessert. The formula for success is the organization's continued commitment to our founder's primary business practices: sound decision-making, savvy operating instincts and sincere devotion to customer value. The cornerstone of Guss Dussin's tried and true business philosophy--a memorable dining experience doesn't have to cost a lot of money--continues to be followed by Guss' son, OSF's current president Chris Dussin.
