HistoryMark and Robin Schramer moved to Bellingham in the fall of 1982. After a variety of construction related jobs, Mark established Schramer Construction Co. in the spring of 1984. Starting off with jobs ranging from home repairs to small additions and remodels, Mark built his first house in 1987. As the business continued to grow, Robin joined in to handle the design work and accounting. The business became incorporated in 1992 and continues to grow every year.
