Founded in 1979, Washington PAVE is a nonprofit parent-directed organization that increases independence, empowerment and future opportunities through training, information, referral and support services. It administers the CORE Program, which provides training, assistance, and information on a variety of topics and issues about transition and adult services. The organization has served more than 1,000,000 individuals with disabilities.
