It also prevents the misuse of tobacco. The Washington State Liquor Control Board operates an enforcement and education division that administers training programs for licensees and local law agencies. The board operates offices in Bremerton, Everett, Vancouver and Wenatchee in Washington. It manages a distribution center, which is located in Seattle and performs supply chain processes. The Washington State Liquor Control Board also regulates the production and importation of beer and wine products.
