left huge ruts in the ground that sat for 3 months until soil was dry enough to re-grade after his disastrous work!

was supposed to remove sod but left it piled all over the yard and then quit working for multiple days at a time

left debris for a month then tried to charge 400 to have it removed!

owner forced to pay a second time to have sod removed and yard re-graded

claimed could remove sod but used an inferior improper piece of equipment at the wrong time of year since he needed the cash for something!
