Founded in 1949, Shorewood Heights Apartments are a Mercer Island institution. With 568 units of all sizes, almost everyone on the Island has been lived here.
Shorewood takes great pride in its lawns and plantings, and has a very residential feel. The apartments are spread over 40 buildings, located on 44 acres convenient to downtown. Many have mountain or Lake Washington views. Shorewood promotes a feeling of community among its residents with a community house (the Pavilion), concierge services and a gym.
