The Seattle Housing Authority provides affordable housing for more than 26,000 people throughout Seattle, Washington. Since 1939, we've been helping people with long-term rental housing and rental assistance programs.
Our mission is to enhance the community by creating and sustaining decent, safe and affordable living environments that foster stability and self-sufficiency for people with low incomes.
Our current programs include:

• Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8)
• Seattle Senior Housing Program
• Impact Property Management
We have properties on more than 400 sites throughout Seattle, including apartment buildings, townhomes, single and multi-family dwellings.
