Sunshine Construction LLC is a custom residential construction company, based in North Seattle, owned and managed by Jon Alexander. Our focus is on large residential remodels, additions and custom homes. Building only one project at a time allows us to fully focus on producing the best possible quality and providing the best possible experience for all those involved. We work in all neighborhoods in the city of Seattle and other nearby areas. Since 1991, we have specialized in green remodeling and new construction. Conducting business since 1983, Sunshine Construction LLC began to focus and specialize in green and sustainable building and remodeling in 1991. The highest priority Sunshine Construction LLC is to fully understand what our customers want. We listen carefully to the homeowner's goals, priorities, and concerns. We work collaboratively with them, their architect, and other team members throughout the project to ensure goals are met with the highest possible quality workmanship. Our goal is build beautiful homes that truly reflect their owners' priorities and goals ; that provide places that enhance health and well being ; and that significantly minimize impacts on the environment and lifecycle costs.
