Samaritan Healthcare is a health care organization located in Moses Lake, Wash. Organized as Grant County Public Hospital District No. 1 in 1947, Samaritan is committed to improving the well-being of the people in its service area. The hospital provides diabetes services, an intensive care unit and a mother and baby center. The Samaritan foundation supports the hospital district by reviewing health care related requests for funding and approves grants to support projects and programs at Samaritan Healthcare. The hospital s library offers a plethora of medical research materials, customer relations materials and other learning tools. The library houses a large video collection that includes training and management, software tutorials, ethics, attitudes and behaviors, disorders, chronic illness and pediatrics.
