Crooked zipper, rips all over, no cuffs, unfinished sleeves

The picture on left is what I believed I was purchasing... on the right is what I received.

On the left is a beautifully scalloped detailed cuff... On the right, what the dress maker delivered.

The dress I was shown to be what I would receive was dripping with rhinestones... What I received has very few rhinestones.
