Birth to Three Developmental Center is a private nonprofit child development program, serving children up to three years. The center nurtures infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities and provides early intervention services for children and families. Most of the infants and toddlers served by the center qualify for services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
