Cable Bridge Park
The Cable Bridge, officially known as the Ed Hendler Bridge, is a cable-stayed bridge spanning the Columbia River and connecting the cities of Pasco and Kennewick in Washington state, USA. Opened in 1978, it replaced the older Pasco Kennewick Bridge and is named after former Pasco mayor Ed Hendler. This iconic bridge features two traffic lanes in each direction, a pedestrian walkway on both sides, and impressive H-shaped pylons supporting the cable-stayed design. With a total length of 758 meters and a main span of 299 meters, the Cable Bridge stands as a symbol of engineering excellence in the Tri-Cities region.Generated from the website
