It all started over 10 years ago with a trip to Naples, Italy, a desire to introduce everyone to Neapolitan wood fired pizza and a hint that food trucks were going to be big. Since then, Pompeii Wood Fired Pizza has created some of the most talked about thin-crust pizza. We cater to most of the largest Seattle based companies, feed thousands of festivals goers at major events and concerts, participate in 6 weekly farmer's markets and serve Italian street fare food to all those who follow us.

We cater large and small events (30-4000 guest), specialize in weddings and rehearsal dinners, high school and graduations, private and public school events, non-profit fundraising and large corporate gatherings. In addition, we also operate as a food truck and food vending service for large festivals, concerts and sporting events.
