Here at Pig Iron we select only the highest quality products we can get our hands on. All our meats are all natural and are local northwest products. They are seasoned with our signature Pig Iron rub and slow smoked overnight in one of Southern Prides oldest existing smokers with a blend of Washington Applewood and Texas Hickory.
