Easy to miss since there isn't a big restaurant sign easily visible was you are driving down 1st Ave S and only has a storefront sign. Located right across the street from Starbucks Reserve SoDo....

Good pho with large portions, veggies and chock full of pork, shrimp and fish cake. The prices are a bit higher but not crazy given the big bowls.
