History
percorsoItaliano is run by Italian natives living in Seattle who are eager to share their passion for their native language and culture. This new and unique language school was founded by Roberta Tauriello Torgerson in 2011, in collaboration with Elisabetta Valentini. Roberta, from Piemonte, has taught Italian for more than 20 years. While teaching at the Seattle Language Academy, Roberta met Elisabetta Valentini, from Umbria, and they became good friends. Roberta and Elisabetta joined forces to create an interactive method of learning Italian that is both effective and fun. Their emphasis is on everyday conversation.
