Partners for Our Children (P4C) is a Seattle-based organization dedicated to advancing research, evaluation, and evidence-informed policy and practice in the child welfare system. Collaborating with partners and communities, P4C aims to eliminate inequities, promote inter-generational family well-being, and create structural changes that are anti-racist and affirming of all families.
P4C focuses on addressing systemic barriers for children and families of color, offering reduced cost services guides, kinship navigator program evaluations, and anti-racism commitments. Through their work, P4C strives to effect change at institutional and structural levels, ultimately transforming the child welfare system to be more inclusive and supportive of all families.
