Founded in 2005, Pacer Steel is a union-affiliated subcontractor that specializes in the installation of rebar and posttension cables in the Pacific Northwest. It operates a range of projects in the King, Snohomish, Island and Pierce counties in Washington. The company also manages various projects in Hawaii, Oregon and Nevada. Its projects portfolio includes Westlake Tower, SeaTac Airport, South Parking Garage, Centralia Steam Plant, Lexus of Bellevue, Northgate Mall Garage, Gates Foundation Parking Garage and Four Seasons Hotel. Pacer Steel works in compliance with the standards of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH). It also publishes The Pacer, which is a newsletter.
