We always call Orange Cab first when we need a taxi. Sometimes they can't get to Bellevue very quickly but all the rides we have taken have been fine.

Made an appointment two days in advance. Cab noshow. Waited 15 mins to call. Surly dispatcher tells me I didn't make a reservation. Can maybe get a cab there in 45 minutes.
