Newport Yacht Club's amenities include a marina, swimming pool, tennis courts and clubhouse. It has several types of membership to choose from: Residents of Newport Shores are resident members, and only pay a minimal annual fee, while many residents are active members of the Newport Yacht Club and pay an initial fee along with monthly dues. Renters of boat slips pay a provisional fee and monthly dues for use of the clubhouse. All residents and provisional members may participate in neighborhood events and the Fourth of July celebration.
