The Streets Maintenance Division is responsible for the maintenance of roadways, alleys, sidewalks, walkways, street signs and lane markers. It sweeps bike lanes on a quarterly basis. The division s tree committee makes recommendations to the parks commission concerning the implementation of the Public Tree Policy. The Streets Maintenance Division also administers the Adopt a Tree program. The division is a part of the Public Works Department of the City of Everett in Washington.
