Opened by partners in life and business Buoy Ngov and Yu Nanakornphanom, Moshi Moshi is located next door to its sister restaurant INDO Asian Street Eatery. Chef Teresa Argeris focuses on making amazing broth and noodles as the restaurant's specialty, though offerings also include other Japanese-inspired treats like dumplings, karaage, and yakitori. A variety of cocktails and other beverages ranging from hand selected local beers, sake, spirits, and wines rotate by the season meticulously picked over by bar manager Janell Spirup and general manager Samuel Kirbawy. Rose Peterson, of 1022 fame, joined the management team in 2018.
