A locally-owned, family-operated business, Minterbrook Oyster Company has been supplying the Pacific Northwest with natural, fresh shellfish products for nearly eighty years. It was founded by Hubert and Mary Secor in 1931 and since 1954, it has been owned and operated by the Wiksten family.
Minterbrook Oyster Company harvests and packs its shellfish with the environment and quality in mind and does all they can to make sure that only the best quality products reach their consumers.
Minterbrook Oyster Company is located on the northeast side of Key Peninsula, off of 114th Avenue, along Minter Bay. It maintains harvesting grounds off of the Washington and Oregon coasts and is able to provide safe, high-quality shellfish to consumers year-round.
Minterbrook Oyster Company's products can be found in local grocery stores and restaurants or ordered online through its website.
