HistoryIn 2002 I purchased my first moving truck. Being new to business ownership, I rolled the dice and started out on my own with no clients and just one employee and a bunch of ideas how I would run a better moving company. After 6 years of straight growth and weathering the Great Recession of 2008 we have now expanded to 7 trucks. Having moved thousands of customers in the Puget Sound region we have establishing a name that people can rely on and trust in the moving industry.SpecialtiesAfter graduating from the University of Maine and relocating to Seattle in 1998, I found myself involved in the moving industry. I discovered a surprising lack of ethics and class that was prevalent in the moving community and wanted to make a positive impact. So in 2002 with one truck and one man, Mountain Movers was born. I set out to provide a higher moving standard to my clients. Eight years later the original Mountain Movers became Seattle Movers, and has grown to a fleet of four trucks to serve the moving needs of the Puget Sound. There is one thing that has not changed: our dedication and commitment to providing exceptional service to each and every client every day. We continue to achieve this goal by providing only top notch moving services in the area. Our goal is to provide first class service from the first phone call to the final box placed in its new home.
