HistoryJones Engineers started as a small business operated from an attic in the home of its founder, Harry P. Jones, January 31, 1964. During the next few years the operation grew from a one man business with $200.00 in capital to one of the major civil - surveying firms in the northwest. In 1988, Darcy Jones opened the San Diego branch.
