Your body and needs are unique, and your massage should be too. When you come in, I want to know all about you. Together we'll create a session plan based on your goals. Because of that, a massage from me won't feel formulaic. Most sessions are a mix of rehabilitation and relaxation including some Swedish massage to let go and destress, deep tissue massage to hit those persistent aches and pains, and assisted stretch massage mixed in to help get you moving again. Your massage may include MLD (lymph drainage massage), myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, scar tissue treatment and more. Come in to reduce stress, sleep better, recover, and to enhance or maintain your health and wellness.
