History
Lakeview Design & Construction, Inc. was started in 1985 as Seattle Solarium, a partnership between Bob Dorres & Rollin Francisco. We started out with an extensive background in energy conservation solar greenhouses, and specialty glazing. However, this developed a real passion for the whole process of remodeling from design through completion. Today, Bob runs a small number of curated remodels each year with his son Daniel, who has worked for Lakeview Design & Construction for over 10 years.
Specialties
We specialize in remodeling, specifically home additions, kitchen & bath remodels, and making your house feel like your home. The great majority of our remodeling business every year is repeat and referral. Our previous customers continue to trust us and to have confidence in our ability to perform for their friends.
