The Ladies Workout Express was opened in the Nob Hill Plaza in June of 2004. The previous owner ran it for 6 years before selling to move to Issaquah.

Women ONLY double resist hydraulic circuit workout. Treadmill, stationary bikes, sports hoops and more. Infrared sauna and stand up tanning as an added bonus for our members. Fun and friendly atmosphere! Now offering waxing and facials!
