With its mix of high ceilings, old brick, Louis XV gilded chairs and menagerie of restored vintage crystal chandeliers, Kathy Casey Food Studios is the perfect place for creativity and fun to abound for your special event, corporate meeting, or company gathering. Several unique rooms allow for various size events from formal to funky. The facility's charm is inspirational. Kathy Casey Food Studios is a splendid place to hold seminars for members of the hospitality industry. This one-of-a-kind resource is a virtual restaurant, showcasing major restaurant and bar equipment where it can truly be used for testing and development. A dining room/conference area in front of the fully equipped professional kitchen seats 24 to 30 and allows comfortable viewing for showings and training. Chefs and restaurateurs now have a place where they can work on new items and concepts or actually practice prior to opening their new restaurant. Our spacious Chandelier Room can seat up to 60 for larger meetings or training sessions. In addition to the full-service dream kitchen, the facility includes a 1, 200-sq.-ft. TV studio & filming set with hand-forged copper lighting grid on the ceiling. The space is perfect for shooting a cooking show, commercial, or training video or for chef and restaurateur media training. Enter the Wine Salon through its pearl bead curtain, and step onto the original, beautifully inlaid marble floor. This dazzling wine-and-beverage-tasting room is a spectacular environment. Draped in ornamental grapes, mirrors and over-the-top gilded glitz, it is a great space for small meetings, breakouts or wine tastings.
