Ron Kulman was managing broker at Birch Bay Village Realty from 2009 - 2021 when Ken Coleman gave him the opportunity to purchase the property and business from him. Since then Ron has rebuilt the business under the name Birch Bay Realty, Inc.SpecialtiesOur business specializes in Real Estate in the Birch Bay area. We are right next to Birch Bay Village, a unique community that would be impossible to duplicate today. Our office is the same office that developed the Village in the 60's and we have a rich knowledge of neighborhood and the surrounding areas.
