History
Dr. Kidd was born in Arlington, WA, and earned his bachelor's degree in molecular biology and cell physiology in 1974 from University of Washington. Four years later, he was awarded his DDS from the same institution. Dr. Kidd lived in Spokane for a few years, but he settled in with Dr. Jerry McKeller's practice in 1992. When Dr. McKeller retired from dentistry to become a sculptor in 1994, Dr. Kidd purchased the practice. Firmly vested in the professional dental community, Dr. Kidd holds membership in the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, Spokane County Dental Society, and Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. He graduated from the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies with a focus on advanced functional aesthetics, and he completed a residency in dental implants with Nobel Biocare, as well.
