JH Construction Resources, Inc ( previously the Alaska division of Jennings Heins & Associates ) has started operations in Washington State. JH Construction is happy to offer our construction expertise throughout Kitsap, Mason and Jefferson counties. Owner Jim Heins has been in construction for 42 years and has lived and worked in Kitsap county for the last 38 years as a General Contractor and president of Jennings Heins & Associates, Inc. His list of projects shows his quality of build and customer satisfaction. Jim has led his crew through the building of several Quilcene, WA area architect designed homes and a vacation home remodel. Numerous homes, remodels and decks in the Poulsbo and Kingston area have been built from raw land up. On Bainbridge Island our work has encompassed both architect designed new homes and extensive remodels.
