With investment help from a friend, Frazier started his own paralegal business in Bellevue in 1992, hired a number of legal assistants, and served upwards of 12-15 attorneys for over 10 years in a variety of practice areas such as land use, general litigation, real estate, business and estate planning, probate, bankruptcy and personal injury. Frazier's business also served CPAs and a mid-sized insurance claims firm. Frazier was admitted to Washington State Rule 6 Law Clerk Program in 2003, which is a 4-year bar preparation program authorized by the Washington State Bar Association in which Law Clerks may study and work under an attorney mentor without the requirements of formal law school. In 2005, Frazier was granted Rule 9 Law Clerk status by Washington State Bar which allowed him to perform limited and supervised law practice, including contested court appearances and trial. Under the mentorship of attorney Bruce Galloway, Frazier completed the Law Clerk Program in 2006 and passed Washington State Bar Exam on the first sitting in February 2007.
