History
I graduated from the Brian Utting School of massage in 2008 and continued an internship at the Pacific Northwest Ballet as a Massage Therapist and now am the sole practitioner of my own private practice. I have taken a Structural Injury Treatment series post-grad with Pat O' Rourke focusing on functional anatomy as well as common injuries and how they relate to structure. I learned a combination of testing, palpation and myofascial treatment as well as visual structural assessment. I'm certified in intra-oral massage working with TMJ (Temporo-Mandibular Dysfunction) and the jaw muscles, helping people who grind their teeth and clench their jaw. I often work with Seniors in assisted living situations or in their own home, providing needed relief for conditions such as Arthritis, Depression, Anxiety, Parkinsons, Alzheimers and others. I am also a certified Pilates instructor as of 2013. I am well versed in Mat, Reformer, props, Cadillac and Chair.
