Certified through ISSA, I've been a personal trainer in Seattle since 2013 also gaining Exercise Therapy Certification in 2015. Over the past 15 years I've experimented on my own with multiple training modalities - weight training, calisthenics, martial arts, yoga, etc. and have experienced the pros and cons they each offer. From this first hand experience, formal training, and mentoring, I create workout regiments that will fit your current fitness level, lifestyle, schedule, and budget. I currently practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at 10th Planet Long Beach and have practiced Muay Thai and Boxing in Canada, China, Thailand, and the US.
