The Housing Authority of Thurston County has been providing and affordable housing opportunities since 1971. It assists families and individuals to secure long-term, permanent housing. It owns more than five housing sites in the areas of Olympia, Lacey and Tumwater in Washington. The authority s housing rehabilitation program provides a deferred-payment, zero-interest loan to repair owner-occupied housing units.
