The Division of Children and Family Services, also known as DCFS, operates more than 40 offices throughout Washington. It is a part of the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, which offers a range of rehabilitative and health care assistance solutions. The department provides adoption and foster parenting services. It administers a domestic violence program, as well as offers emergency counseling and legal advocacy solutions for children and families.
