Index and middle finger were chipped and this is how it was fixed

The fungus they caused and left me with. I'll have to get this medically treated and may sue.

Fungus and "repaired" nail she nearly shredded.

Proof of what I wanted what I got and when asked her to remove she cut me with the nail clipper unacceptable
