Greenfield Advisors was founded in 1976 by Dr. Bill Mundy, the former Land Economist for Weyerhaeuser and one of the most widely recognized figures in real estate valuation in the world. Dr. John Kilpatrick succeeded Dr. Mundy as head of the firm in 2001, bringing more than 25 years of experience in real estate and business development, university teaching, and investment management to the job. In 2005, we changed our name from Mundy Associates in recognition of the many talented people who contribute to the company's success. Dr. Mundy continues with the firm as Director Emeritus. In the most complex situations, second best simply isn't good enough. With the inception of every project, Greenfield Advisors establishes a unique client-centered scope of work, custom-tailored to the specific needs of the situation. This includes working with the client to define and characterize the challenges of the situation, analyzing each component and variable to determine the best way to use the available tools and techniques to address the client's problem. Prior to accepting any project, Greenfield Advisors conducts a thorough Conflicts Check to insure that there are no ethical or internal barriers to project acceptance. Additionally, Greenfield develops a written work plan prior to undertaking any project including so that there is a clear understanding by all parties of the anticipated budget, timetable, and deliverables. Communications is the key to efficient project management. At Greenfield Advisors, a single Analyst, the client's immediate and constant point-of-contact, manages every project. In addition, clients have hands-on involvement from senior members of the Greenfield Advisors team, and can be assured that the full resources of the firm are available to bring each project to its successful conclusion.
