Founded in 1975, Nisbet Oyster Company is spread over an area of more than 500 acres. The company operates over 15,000 square feet of oyster processing plant, which is approved by the Food and Drug Administration and the Washington State Department of Health. Located in Bay Center, Wash., the Company shucks nearly 80,000 gallons of Pacific oysters and ships approximately 1.2 million pounds of in-shell products annually. It offers a variety of oyster meat and shooters marketed under Goose Point Oyster brand. The brand provides freezer and microwave safe plastic trays of oyster meat. It additionally operates an online store that features T-shirts and packed oyster products.
