History
Chef and owner, Keung was an orphanage born and raised in a small rural city in Sichuan, China. He came to the United States at the age of 26 with only $5 US Dollars in his pocket. Before coming to Seattle, WA Keung first arrived in Sacramento, CA. Keung had to work four jobs to survive; delivering newspaper, janitorial work, dog-walking, to working part-time as chef for a local Chinese restaurant. As Keung passion and interest in the culinary arts grew, he eventually stopped his other jobs and only concentrated in the restaurant industry. He eventually saved some money and open up his first restaurant. The locals loved his cooking and 5 years later, Keung opened another restaurant offering the same services and quality and it quickly became a success. We are delighted to welcome you to our restaurant and happy dining
