History
Glos has been under new ownership since April 2007 and together, Julie and Steve have been working really hard to speed up the service while still maintaining quality of food. Unfortunately we are limited by the size of the restaurant. We are filled to the max with product, equipment, and tables. The speed has gotten better, but sometimes guests slow us down as much as we slow ourselves down..Our goal is to make the absolute best food possible as fast as we can.
