We offer personal one-to-one training, partner training, cardio mitts & boxing, indoor cycle classes, TRX suspension training, and CUBE Fitness; a 30 min weight, endurance, stability and flexibility nexus. Every service offered is designed with your wellness and fitness in mind. You will never be without a trainer, coach or teacher at BODYlogic Fitness. We have advanced technology to assess and monitor your progress and have clients from 8-88. Our fitness facility has been changing lives for over 10 years on Puyallup's South Hill.
