I offer comprehensive and affordable weekly boot camps, private classes, small group training, one on one private personal training, 21/28 day challenges, accountability groups and meal plans in the Seattle. From day one, my clients notice the improvement in their abilities and overall comprehension. Each client has a unique learning style, and it's my duty to find out what that is and adapt my workouts accordingly. Experienced in coaching women and men of all ages in aerobics, yoga, resistance & athletic training as well as strength and conditioning. I am skilled in designing comprehensive full body workouts for all levels of fitness abilities. My main objective is to tighten, tone and lift all natural body types. Not necessarily to lose weight but more so to give you the skills, knowledge, motivation and mental ability to live a more healthy lifestyle. With the right mindset you will lose the weight on your own when you're ready.
