After many years of back pain and other health issues, Elaine found Yoga Therapy and used it to help her recover from back pain, fatigue, stress, and sleep problems. Elaine now uses yoga therapy and holistic nutrition tools to offer stress and pain management for her clients. She draws from her personal experience of recovery, as well as years of practice, studying, and teaching yoga therapy.

At Elaine Oyang Yoga Therapy, I help individuals experiencing anxiety, insomnia, stress, burn-out, and chronic pain alleviate their symptoms and find more ease in their lives. Unlike group yoga/fitness programs, yoga therapy is highly tailored and individualized. I work closely with you to help you get from point A to point B in the most effective ways. I see you as a whole person, with experiences of pain as multifaceted and complex as the next person. From understanding the whole you, I can help you get back to feeling like yourself again.
