We are a brother and sister team from Germany that create authentic German dishes. Our food trailer is located at Skookum Brewery in Arlington on Wednesday's and Sunday's. We also provide catering by bringing our food trailer to your location (ask us about the catering menu and pricing structure). Having a food trailer cater to your needs will assure fresh foods prepared right in front of your door. No need for chafing dishes - its all FRESH on the spot. Customer satisfaction and quality ingredients in our dishes are top priority. We also support out local community attending fund raising events where we donate all tips.
