Michael A. George, Architect, is an architectural firm experienced in the problem solving processes of building design. Whether designing for new commercial, custom residential construction, or a residential addition, our understanding of building and zoning ordinances, project schedules, and contract documents assures clients of effective design services. With prior experience as project manager, project architect, designer, drafts person, and graphic designer for a number of architectural firms, Michael is now the Principal and President of Michael A. George, Architect. Degrees and Awards: With a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Washington in 1981, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-ARC) in 1982, Michael has gone on to receive a number of awards. He has been awarded the A.I.A. Scholastic Award "The Certificate of Merit," and the Grand Prize of the Design Competition with the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit.
