The Isenhart Irrigation District (IID) is a water management organization located in Chelan, Washington. Established in 1931, IID aims to provide non-potable water to landowners within its district boundaries in a fair and cost-effective manner, operating under the laws of the State of Washington and in accordance with water rights and agreements with the Washington State Department of Ecology.
With a rich history dating back to 1928, IID was initially formed to supply water for irrigated land and domestic use in the district. In 2008, the City of Chelan took over the distribution of domestic water, while IID continues to focus on its core mission of ensuring the equitable distribution of water to properties served by the district.
