Byrek and Baguette concept started in a small kiosk at Bellevue Square, WA. As the business grew, we expanded our vision near Seattle University in 2015. Byrek and Baguette strives to serve affordable, homemade Mediterranean cuisine sourced from organic, local ingredients based on availability. Thanks so much to all of our customers for your support!
