Founded in 1979, Billings Middle School offers academic and social education to more than 100 students in grades six through eight. The school offers various extracurricular activities, such as music, art and drama performances, adventure trips and school fairs. Its academic curriculum includes English, math, science, history, Spanish, physical education and social studies. Billings Middle School has a media center that provides access to online research articles, newspapers and encyclopedias, as well as photographs, pictures, charts, maps and reference materials. It provides career guidance and personal counseling services. The school additionally offers a variety of athletic activities, including football, basketball, golf, volleyball, tennis and cross-country. Billings Middle School is a nonprofit organization and is located in Seattle.
